Every locum on Ronda carries two pieces of information that no CV can provide. The first is a verified review from each practice they have worked with, tied to a real completed placement. The second is a reliability rate: a score built from their actual booking history, weighted so that late cancellations count for more. Practices can see both before they confirm a single booking. For the shifts that matter most, that evidence is the difference between booking on hope and booking with confidence.

Practices that already have locums they rely on can bring them into a dedicated Locum Team through Ronda's BYOL (Bring Your Own Locums) tool, at a fixed £59 per month per branch. Their trusted locums are held in a private pool, always first to see new shifts. If none of them are available, the shift opens automatically to Ronda's wider network of over 1,900 verified locums across the UK. When a practice finds a locum through the network and the placement goes well, that locum can be added to the Locum Team for easier re-booking. Over time, practices build a reliable pool they can always count on.

The 5.99% platform fee applies only to shifts filled through the Ronda network, and even then typically represents a saving of over 50% compared to agency fees. For a practice running ten network shifts per month at a day rate of £450, that is an annual saving of over £3,000 in fees alone.
