Originally from Rome, Italy, Professor Nicola Di Girolamo, DMV DipECZM earned his DMV (DVM equivalent) and a Ph.D. in Veterinary Sciences from the University of Bologna in Italy. He also happens to be a diplomate of the European College of Zoological Medicine (Herpetology).'
Nicola is a lover of all things exotics. As an associate professor of Avian, Exotics, and Zoo Medicine at Oklahoma State University, College of Veterinary Medicine, he has a profound passion for exotic medicine and helping students get to the next level in their journey.'
